This product serves as a base material of high flatness, high temperature resistance PET, coated with a thin layer of release substance for MLCC formulations. Primarily used in MLCC tape coating applications.
Ceramic Layer Transfer in MLCC Production:
Acts as a carrier substrate during ceramic slurry casting process. The film holds ceramic slurry while solvents evaporate, forming uniform ceramic green sheets. Requires high smoothness (≤0.2μm defects) for defect-free ceramic layers.
High-Temperature Process Compatibility:
Withstands 150-200°C during sintering and annealing while maintaining structural integrity. Produced in Class 1,000 or higher cleanrooms to minimize particle contamination.
