Product Introduction

This product is used as a base material of high flatness, high temperature resistance PET, coated on the surface of the thin layer of release substance MLCC formulations. Mainly used in MLCC tape coating.

Multilayer Stacking & Lamination

Layer Alignment: Enables stacking of 300 -1,000 ceramic layers by maintaining alignment and preventing adhesion between layers during lamination
Controlled Release Force: Ensures easy separation without residue, preserving the integrity of ultrathin ceramic layers (as thin as 0.025mm)

High-Temperature Process Compatibility

Thermal Stability: Withstands 150 -200°C during sintering and annealing processes, maintaining structural integrity
Cleanroom Compatibility: Produced in Class 1,000 or higher cleanrooms to minimize particle contamination during MLCC fabrication
