Product Introduction

This product is used as a base material of high flatness, high temperature resistance PET, coated on the surface of the thin layer of release substance MLCC formulations. Mainly used in MLCC tape coating.

  • The coating is uniform and the film surface is flat with minimal tolerance, making the subsequent process easy to process
  • High residual adhesion rate (≥85%), no performance impact on the bonding material, non-polluting
  • High-Quality PET Base Film: Made from bidirectional-stretched polyester (BOPET), offering superior mechanical strength, rigidity, and tear resistance for stable handling during high-speed production
  • Ultra-Smooth Surface: Low roughness (Ra <0.1μm) and high flatness prevent defects like air bubbles or uneven ceramic layers during MLCC lamination

Multilayer Stacking & Lamination
