Product Introduction

This product uses optical grade PET as the base material and coats its surface with an ultra-thin OCA-formed release substance. It is suitable for optical film and other fields, and is also widely used in die-cutting products, adhesive products, light curing and heat curing products, which play a good role in isolation and protection.

Uniform coating, flat film surface, no rainbow pattern, etc. and strict control of film surface defects.
High residual adhesion rate (≥85%), no performance impact on the bonding material, non-polluting.
Base Material: High-quality PET (polyester) film with excellent mechanical strength, chemical resistance, and dimensional stability.
Coating Composition: Silicone-based release layer containing ethylene-MQ silicone resin and fluorinated polysiloxane for controlled release force.
